Our project managers firstly determine the manufacturability of the product. With respect to the offer stage carries out of castability and machinability studies in the best conditions for mass production, and makes machine selection.

Calculates and improves casting parameters.

Mold design and casting parameters are created with simulation support.

Carries out studies for processing tool selection, component clamping fixture. Prepares processes of all stages from sample casting to mass production and follows up until mass production approval.

Always helps in requests and questions of customers and production.

CASTING

In our melting department, different aluminum alloys are melted at the same time with our tower type and tilting furnaces and the melt quality is kept at maximum with our automatic degasser machine.

Mold efficiency and product quality are our most important goals in the injection department. For this purpose, Chiller and Vacuum support valves are used in our molds. Mold life and casting quality are kept at maximum with our central vacuum system and mold heating-cooling machines.

Our company has 13 aluminum high pressure die casting machines ranging from 200T to 1600T.

TRIM

There are 13 hydraulic presses in our company.

Burrs are cleaned with trim molds to ensure the continuity of the surface quality of the products. Trim Molds are supported by cutting systems with core/without core.

SURFACE FINISHING

Hanger and Drum Type Shot Blasting Machines, Polishing Machines, Vibrating Machines and Pad Screen Printing Machine with which we can burnish the products, create visual effects and do printing on them in our surface processing division.

Our aim in the surface treatment department is to present the product visuals in the best way possible. In order to reach the goals we aimed; we have Hanger and Drum Type Shot Blasting Machines, Polishing Machine, Vibration Machine and Pad Screen Printing Machine.

MACHINING

In our machining manufacturing division; precise tolerance parts are processed with 14 high-tech CNC machining tools, equipment, and our experienced and qualified staff.

SERVICES

QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY

In our laboratory, our products are continuously monitored.

To carry out best performance of our supervision, we have Spectrometers, Cutting-Polishing Machines, Hardness Tester, 2 CMM Machines, 2D Measuring Device, Surface Roughness Machine, Profile Projector, Various Measuring Instruments and Miscellaneous Gauges. Non-destructive pressure tightness test can be performed according to special customer requirements.
