In our melting department, different aluminum alloys are melted at the same time with our tower type and tilting furnaces and the melt quality is kept at maximum with our automatic degasser machine.

Mold efficiency and product quality are our most important goals in the injection department. For this purpose, Chiller and Vacuum support valves are used in our molds. Mold life and casting quality are kept at maximum with our central vacuum system and mold heating-cooling machines.

Our company has 13 aluminum high pressure die casting machines ranging from 200T to 1600T.
